I love weaving old and new elements together,

finding miracles in the contrast they create — like uncovering a glimpse into the unseen.

Hi, I’m Mosswater, a Taiwanese artist collecting stories from the earthly world.

Captivated by the wonders of nature and its connection to the human psyche, I create dream-like images that explore the unknown. With a deep interest in psychological and mystical themes, I am drawn to storytelling, world-building, and artisanal crafting.

My work seeks to capture fragments of hidden memories—visualizing emotions and fleeting moments. I love weaving old and new elements together, finding miracles in the contrast they create—like uncovering a glimpse into the unseen.

Project series include Black Spring,
a self-created oracle deck derived from my lightbox art show,
and Skin Off, a book of portrait paintings and story collections. My work has been exhibited at WHATZ Contemporary Art Fair, Taipei Illustration Fair, Taipei Art Book Fair, and many more art events.

For the past decade, I have worked as an art educator and exhibition curator while taking on illustration projects. My collaborations include Marie Claire Magazine, Cite Publishing Ltd., and Joy English Magazine, and featured in New Visionary Magazine by Visionary Art Collective and Terra Incognita Design Anthology by Spacelessmind Studio.

BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York and currently live in Taipei, where I continue to harvest local stories.
